Organise shifts as and when required ensuring all areas are covered when there is sickness / holidays whilst co-ordinating performance and discipline Liaise with all other areas supervisors to maintain production flow Read Engineering Drawings Continuous involvement in helping reduce costs and encourage team members to participate & volunteer ideas they may have Identify and communicate any training requirements within the team Monitor quality of team members work, identifying any problem areas Communicate with all departments at all levels demonstrating good management skills with the ability to delegate Housekeeping, ensuring all areas are kept tidy and safe You must be able to work well under pressure and be flexible in working hours 5 Weeks Bonus Paid Twice Yearly |
