Newfield Fabrications possess a highly skilled workforce, with the latest Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) equipment including lasers, pressbrakes, machining, robotic welding and powder coating facilities including a separate pre-treatment plant. Their manufacturing operations are controlled using the latest CAD/CAM software and computerised business operating systems.

The picture shows a typical fabricated chassis manufactured by Newfield ready for despatch to one of their customers in a dedicated stillage (transit cradle). This enables line side deliveries and also reduces the possibility of damage in transit, particularly if parts have either paint or powder coated finishes. Stillages can also be stacked to improve storage space and reduce transport costs. Newfield can design and manufacture dedicated stillages for you.
