Further to our announcement in March this year, Newfield are pleased to announce that their new XYZ gantry style robot welding system is now fully operational as shown in our factory photograph. Full specification as follows:-
Motoman ArcSystem XYZ gantry robotic welding system consisting of:-

NX 100 Robot control system
UP6 Robot with seam finding
2 off, HSB-5000 - 5 tonnne manipulators which can rotate components up to 2.4 metre complete with sliding tailstocks which can accomodate fixtures from 0 to 8 metres long.
Kemppi PRO 5200 welding package - 520 Amp synergic, water cooled power source.
Moto Tac Automatic torch calibration system
